Position: Scientific/Technical Assistant‑A Group: Group‑B, S&T (Non‑Gazetted) Pay Level: Level‑6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400, 7th CPC) Mode: Direct Recruitment Vacancies:

• Computer Science & IT – 300 posts

• Electronics & Communication Engineering – 26 posts

• Data Science & Artificial Intelligence – 50 posts Total: 376 posts (with category‑wise reservation including SC, ST, OBC(NCL), EWS, PwBD)

Eligibility Criteria

• Essential Qualification: • M.Sc./MS/MCA/B.E./B.Tech. in relevant fields (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Communication, Data Science, AI). • Valid GATE score in 2024/2025/2026 (CS, EC, DA papers).

• Experience: Not required.

• Age Limit (as on 30.09.2026): • UR/EWS – 30 years • SC/ST – 35 years • OBC(NCL) – 33 years • PwBD – 40 years (SC/ST PwBD – 45; OBC PwBD – 43) • Service Candidates – Relaxation up to 35–40 years depending on category • Ex‑Servicemen – As per Government rules

Salary / Funding

• Pay Level: Level‑6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400, 7th CPC)

• Approximate Monthly Emoluments: ₹39,000 (including allowances)

Selection Process

• Merit list prepared based on valid GATE scores (equal weightage for 2024, 2025, 2026).

• Tie resolution: older GATE year > older age > higher percentage in qualifying degree.

• Shortlisted candidates called for document verification.

• Final appointment subject to eligibility and verification.
