Position: Assistant Registrar (Group A, Non‑Teaching) Vacancy: 01 (SC category) Pay Level: Level 10 (7th CPC) Upper Age Limit: 35 years (relaxation as per Government of India norms) Classification: Group A

Eligibility Criteria

• Essential Qualification: • Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized university/institute. • OR employees serving as Superintendent (SG‑I)/Private Secretary (NFG) in PB‑2 GP ₹5400 with at least 2 years regular service, or Superintendent (SG‑II)/Private Secretary (NFG) in PB‑2 GP ₹4800 with at least 5 years regular service, with Master’s degree.

• Desirable Qualification: • Qualification in Management/Engineering/Law. • Experience of working in e‑Office system. • Chartered or Cost Accountant (for Finance & Accounts).

Salary / Funding

• Pay Band: PB‑3 (₹15,600 – ₹39,100) with Grade Pay ₹5400.

• After 5 years of service, eligible for GP ₹6600 with same designation (subject to DPC assessment).

Selection Process

• Direct recruitment (75%) failing which by deputation.

• Promotion (25%) failing which by deputation.

• Screening based on eligibility, followed by test/interview.
