About the Organization

The Electronics and ICT (E&ICT) Academy, IIT Guwahati is an initiative of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, established to conduct Faculty Development Programmes, Research Scholar Development Programmes, specialized training programmes, and research promotion workshops in Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, Product Design, and Manufacturing.


Programme Overview

The One Week Online Faculty Development Programme on AI for Engineering Applications aims to introduce participants to Artificial Intelligence concepts, Machine Learning techniques, intelligent systems, automation, robotics, predictive modelling, and AI-driven engineering solutions. The programme combines theory, activities, case studies, and evaluation over 40 contact hours.
